Every public moment carries Report this page and Block under its menu, and every person's page Report this person; reporting from there is faster because it tells us which moment you mean. Reports are read and acted on within 24 hours: anything against the Terms comes down for everyone and the person who posted it loses the public side of Momento.
From inside the app there is also Write to us, in Settings. It goes straight to a person and needs no mail app.
You do not need us for those. Open the moment, then the menu: Make private takes it out of every feed and stops its link at once; Delete removes it for good. Settings → Delete my account removes everything.
From anywhere, write to fatihturker35@gmail.com. Say which moment or which handle you mean if it is about one, and whether you want an answer. Reports are acted on within 24 hours; anything else within a few days.
